Make Video Notes
While there are many ways to flip, the easiest way start is to use a PowerPoint you already have and voice over it using a screencasting tool, or even the recording tools available in PowerPoint.
Make Students Accountable

If students are going to do work at home, they need to be held accountable for that work.  There are a bunch of ways to do this, but the easiest is have students show you their notes from the video from the night before.  It's a quick and easy way to see what they did.

Design Lesson around Feedback
If students gave you feedback before class by using some sort of app, then take that information to guide the lesson for the day.  If they took notes, then get feedback at the beginning of class and let that guide your in class time.

Because you aren't spending time explaining the concepts that your students already understand, an activity is a great way to fill up the time you would have spent on that.  Choose a cool activity that reinforces concepts or takes concepts to the next level.
